Are there advantages to calling SNFServer directly from my application or should I use SNFClient from my app?

The primary advantage to calling SNF directly using XCI is that you do not need to launch an additional application (SNFClient) to access SNFServer.

That said, the SNFClient is very efficient so there is no reason to avoid using it.
