I am experiencing extremely slow downloads getting updates. What's going on?

Updates should download very quickly. If you find you are having trouble, please contact us and we'll run a test.

Also, please get a traceroute and send us the results. Often the problem is related to some network congestion problem between you and our hosting facility.
