Rulebase Updates

My server is continuously attempting to download my rulebase file as if it is stuck in a loop. What's going on?

The culprit is most likely your downloading script. There was an option to send results to an email address, if you enter in the same email address that is triggering the update script, then the results are sent to your update address. This will trigger another update, thus apprearing to be caught in an update loop.
