Customizing SNF
Can I add addresses to an Imail white list or will that list be overlooked by SNF?
SNF doesn't know what platform it is on -- (we support so many). So, it can't look at IMail's white-list. We count on the way SNF is integrated with a platform to make any platform specific adjustments.
If you're using a spam reporting address where your users send spam then presumably you would want SNF to kill off any spam that it found (to thin the work load) -- but you would want to make sure that SNF doesn't score the sender's IP since the sender in this case would be a customer (at least most of the time).

If you want SNF to white-list messages going to an address then we would have to add a custom rule for that. I don't think that's what you're going for though. Most likely you are using something like Declude or mxGuard and if so then SNF is providing a score only. The third party program is deciding what to do about that score and so you should tell that program to change (or not) how the message is delivered.
